By accessing the phqueen website (phqueen.vip), creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service provided by phqueen, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the phqueen platform, including players, visitors, and any other persons accessing the website. If you are accessing phqueen on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

To be eligible to open and maintain a phqueen account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or agent of phqueen, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not accessing the platform using virtual private network (VPN) services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• You have not been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the phqueen platform or any affiliated platform;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on any PAGCOR-regulated platform.

phqueen reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to satisfy age verification requirements will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

To use the real-money gaming features of phqueen, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You may only hold one (1) active account per person. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different credentials, mobile numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws, phqueen is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or driver's license);
• Proof of residential address where required;

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

phqueen accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and bonuses are processed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated for cryptocurrency transactions (e.g., USDT TRC20), in which case conversion rates apply.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. phqueen will never ask for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party;
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account;
• You must notify phqueen support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account;
• phqueen bears no liability for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

phqueen accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. phqueen does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the deposit method must be registered in the same name as the phqueen account holder.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the name of the account holder;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• phqueen reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Processing times vary by method: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes; bank transfers within 1–3 business days;
• Any active bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

phqueen may impose minimum and maximum transaction limits as required by PAGCOR regulations, anti-money laundering policies, or operational requirements. These limits are communicated at the point of transaction and may be adjusted without prior notice.

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by phqueen are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer. General conditions applicable to all phqueen promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed the minimum required deposit as specified in the promotion terms;
• Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, contribution rates by game type, and maximum withdrawal limits are detailed per promotion;
• Bonuses are personal to the player and may not be transferred;

All games offered on the phqueen platform — including live dealer games, slots, sports betting, bingo, Nine, and e-sports — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within the platform. General fair play conditions include:

• All slot and RNG-based games operate on certified Random Number Generator software independently audited by accredited testing laboratories;
• Live dealer games use real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels) operated by trained dealers in certified studios;
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and event type, as detailed in the sportsbook terms;
• In the event of a technical malfunction, all affected game rounds may be declared void and stakes returned at phqueen's discretion;

Bets on PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, and other events are subject to the official results declared by the governing body of each sport. phqueen's settlement decisions based on official results are final. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time feed availability, and phqueen accepts no liability for delays in live data transmission.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phqueen platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age;
• Creation or use of multiple accounts (collusion with others to use multiple accounts);
• Use of automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets;
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation;
• Money laundering or any activity in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements;
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider while retaining winnings;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your phqueen account to another person;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technologies to access restricted content;
• Impersonating phqueen staff or any other player;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phqueen staff or other players via any communication channel.

phqueen is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The phqueen platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session, day, week, or month.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable time alerts notify players of session duration.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications display net session results at configurable intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a voluntary temporary exclusion (minimum 6 months) or permanent exclusion from the phqueen platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the phqueen platform — including but not limited to the phqueen brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface, software, text, images, audio, video, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of phqueen or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property law, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phqueen platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any part of the phqueen platform without prior written consent from phqueen.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phqueen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the phqueen platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to your own failure to secure your account credentials;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Data loss resulting from technical failures beyond phqueen's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate information displayed as a result of technical errors;
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, internet outages, or government action.

In all cases, phqueen's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

phqueen collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as well as phqueen's Privacy Policy. Key data processing principles include:

• Personal data is collected only for legitimate, specified purposes related to account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, and PAGCOR regulatory reporting;
• phqueen does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes;
• Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data subject to legal retention requirements;
• Data is protected using industry-standard AES-256 encryption and secure infrastructure.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

phqueen operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). PAGCOR serves as the primary regulatory authority for dispute escalation matters that cannot be resolved through phqueen's internal dispute resolution process. Players may contact PAGCOR's player complaint mechanisms where applicable.

phqueen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) calendar days before they take effect, except where changes are required by law or PAGCOR regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any amended Terms, your sole recourse is to close your phqueen account before the effective date of the change. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
